We use our company Values to evaluate Clark Dietz from both an internal and external perspective. Employees are evaluated annually based upon how their performance reflects our Values; our commitment to professionalism, integrity, collaboration, clients, employees, ownership, and profit. Then we ask employees and clients to annually evaluate Clark Dietz based upon these same Values. Finally, we focus on clients who share our Values.

Clark Dietz also encourages our staff to provide leadership in their profession and their communities and we support their involvement in professional societies and community organizations. Our staff of professionals consistently hold leadership positions in the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin.

Because of our experience, we've also become a leader in the innovative and sustainable design of the Nation's infrastructures. Our unique expertise is concentrated on the planning, design, and construction management of the "hidden" networks that make our lives better and safer.

Experience has also shown us that change, while inevitable, is a good thing. The large-scale public services, systems, and facilities that comprise this Nation's infrastructure are key to how this Country functions - and they are ever-changing. We work to keep pace with these changes and innovations by embracing change and actively researching where our clients and markets are headed with our Client Roundtables and Client Feedback Interviews designed to help us understand future needs.
