We currently have opportunities for an experienced Transportation Engineer to join our Champaign, IL office.  Responsibilities will include Phase II design projects for state, county and municipal entities. 

Position Requirements

• B.S Degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering is required
• Illinois P.E. is desired; ability to gain license in Illinois within 12 months is required.
• A minimum of four (4) years of experience as a transportation engineer is required.
• Experience with Phase II design for IDOT projects is required.
• Roadway and interchange design experience for IDOT and/or county projects is required.
• Knowledge of AASHTO standards is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team across multiple offices are required.
• Demonstrated ability to use Microstation and GeoPak as design tools; experience with GIS software is desirable.
• Ability to complete projects on-time and within budget is required.
