Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to serve as a Resident Engineer for southeast Wisconsin.  Based out of our Kenosha, WI office, the position will be responsible for project management and oversight of various construction engineering projects with an emphasis on highway and/or bridge construction projects in Wisconsin.

 Position Requirements

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and WI PE are required.
• Minimum of seven years of experience overseeing transportation construction projects for state and local agencies.
• Strong project management skills including; project scoping, negotiations, project analysis, budgeting, invoicing and project closeout.
• Ability to function in a collaborative work environment and utilize available resources across multiple offices.
• Demonstrated ability to complete projects on-time and within budget and develop and sustain client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to make public presentations, develop proposals and technical reports.
• Knowledge of WISDOT specifications and requirements.
• WISDOT Certifications including at a minimum AGGTEC-1, HMA-IPT, and PCCTEC-1.
• Ability to work extended hours and travel as required.
