We currently have summer internships available in our Champaign, IL and Chicago, IL offices. The internships will give practical experience working on transportation engineering projects. Duties will include one or more of the following: research and data collection, construction observation and documentation, computation of quantities and assisting with preliminary design. 

Position Requirements

• A declared major in Civil or Transportation Engineering with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
• Previous internship or co-op experience in civil or transportation engineering is desired.
• Ability to accurately measure and compute material quantities.
• Ability to use Microstation and GIS applications is desired.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required to get to job sites in the assigned region.
