We have an immediate opportunity for a Civil Project Engineer in our Kenosha, WI office.  The selected candidate will provide municipal planning, design, and construction services for clients throughout SE WI and NE IL. The Civil Project Engineer will report to a Senior Project Manager.

 Position Requirements

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, and EIT minimum.
• 2 - 5 years of general civil engineering experience.
• Previous municipal infrastructure engineering experience is required.
• Ability to review plans to insure compliance with local building, zoning, and subdivision codes.
• Ability to provide construction observation services on road, water, sanitary and storm sewer, and drainage improvement projects.
• Experience with permitting at the local, state, and federal levels.
• Experience managing MFT-funded infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to make public presentations.
• Ability to develop relationships with client representatives and project stakeholders.
• Ability to use AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office, experience with Microstation and GEOPAK is a plus.
• Ability to work extended hours and attend evening meetings as required.
