Clark Dietz, Inc. is pleased to announce that Brian Cater, a senior transportation engineer in Kenosha, has completed the Engineering Future Leaders in Wisconsin program offered by the American Council of Engineering Companies of Wisconsin. This program prepares engineers in handling the responsibilities of management and leadership and provides instruction on communication, teamwork, responsibility, problem-solving, and business management. Mr. Cater holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
